CLASS DESCRIPTION

Muay Thai - Class is usually divided into two parts - half warm-up, half technique. Proper muay thai technique is taught from basic stance and walking to punches, kicks and knees. Partner drills, bag work and pad work maybe incorporated during class. Students new to the program are reminded to take their time and do as much as they can.

Woman Muay Thai Class- This class is open to all women regardless of training level or experience, This class will get you where it counts! ABS-BUTT-THIGHS. Core strength stabilizing exercises targeted at the abs and the back. Glutes, hamstrings, quads, the entire body will be aching for more!  All this and you will be Learning to defend your self at the same time with effective art of Muay Thai.

FCS KALI (FILIPINO COMBAT SYSTEMS) Is a highly sophisticated and comprehensive all rounded Martial art . FCS is Not Only A Weapons based System that incorporates stick,blade,sarong. But is also a highly advanced hand to hand Combat system as well That incorporates panatukan (Filipino boxing), Dumog (Filipino jujitsu, Ground Grappling), Sikaran (Filipino kicking methods), Kuntao & Silat.

RAGING TIGER COMBAT JUI-JITSU Combines elements of Judo Brazilian Jui jitsu, Silat and Panatukan(Filipino boxing) - This art is part of FCS KAli and will focus on the empty hand arts of Kali. In this art, students will learn how to punch, kick , use joint locks, throws and grapple. Our Panatukan is a sub-system of FCS Kali.

Silat - An Indonesian martial art, but also found in the Philippines. This art employs sweeps, throws, joint locks and striking from the standing position as well as the ground. Silat Our Silat is a sub-system of FCS Kali and part of our FCS Mano Mano Class.

Judo (柔道 jūdō?, meaning "gentle way")  to either throw or take down one's opponent to the ground, immobilize or otherwise subdue one's opponent with a grappling maneuver, or force an opponent to submit by joint locking or by executing a strangle hold or chokeStrikes and thrusts by hands and feet as well as weapons defences are a part of judo,

Grappling( Brazilian Jui jitsu ) Brazilian Jiujitsu a Martial art that enables the student to execute, with ease and confidence the techniques and combinations of close-quarter submission Joint locks and control. A discipline in which only natural weapons are used, the experienced Brazilian Jiujitsu practitioner can never be “caught off guard.” Through training the student not only develops the physical and technical skill to successfully execute both defensive and offensive moves, but also the ability to “read” your opponents “combative mind”. The ability to plan your moves and anticipate all counters and re-counter moves perfecting the strategies of throws, take downs, sweeps, body control and positioning, before they occur, provide you with both a physical and mental challenge that promote your growth as an individual and as a martial artist.

Beginners - Level 1:


Introduction to Muay Thai. Teaches the foundations of Thai Boxing and introduces the stance and tiger stepping walk and 8 weapons (punch, kick, knee, elbow). First half is dedicated to getting the body toned and strong (strength and cardio exercises). Second half is dedicated to learning and developing the basic foundations of Muay Thai.
Goals-Increase strenght and endurance, Under sand the four ranges, perfect the bodys weapons, Learn proper stance and footwork.


What you will need:
Shorts & T-shirt, hand wraps, skipping rope, bag gloves, water

Mixed Class:


This class is open to all levels. Depending on attendance, differing workouts and drills will be taught. First half of class is dedicated to getting the body toned and strong (skipping, jacks, push-ups, sit-ups, card io exercises). Second half is dedicated to learning the art. Techniques and skills taught will vary based on attendance.

Intermediate - Level 2
Must of passed Blue Shorts Test

Advanced Muay Thai class focusing on power and combinations. Teaches intermediate -fighting techniques to be used in the ring. Students must have “blue shorts” , and minimum 6 months experience. Goals of this Level is to-Learn Muay Thai strategy, Gain fluidity with Combination, understand energy, Gain relaxation, increase power-speed-skill-endurance and learn the psychology of fighting.

What you will need:
14 oz gloves, shin pads, blue shorts, hand wraps, skipping rope, bag gloves, water.
