Tuhon Ray Dionaldo Seminar

Was Mind Blowing To say the Least. Were Going To Get a Little Crazy Is how he puts It. We Started off the seminar simple enough with our warm up. Then we when full tilt into his Punyo Mano drills From there it was a simple cinco tero (five strike combo) Then its got Crazy that simple drill tuned into a multiple attack scenario where your defending your self from front and behind armed with five simple strokes and an expanded awareness from there we Added a few take downs and throws and yes it got a Little crazy. But sooo Much Fun and that was just day one!

Day Two was Kali Yoga and all about the Blade. Tuhon Ray Took us deeper into the the physiological aspects of a blade encounter and how to overcome an experience opponent talk about pushing your limits i must have died a hundred times. These drills really push your limits to the Edge and will help you develop a true heightened response to a bladed attack. Tuhon Rays Constant Commitment to expanding and developing His arts to higher levels Is why He is One of the Best Blade Masters In the World.

TORONTO SEMINAR APRIL 2008

Tuhon Ray Dionaldo put together another awesome seminar. The kerambit was king for the first day and who better to learn its nasty ways then from the king of the kerambit, Tuhon Ray. Afterwards we went right into stick grappling. I'm still pulling out the slivers of rattan from my face hahaha (just kidding but you know it hurt).

Day 2 was filled with some more stick grappling, counters to the fang and double stick hubad drills. Then we got back to the blades with sword techniques with the punuti and bolo as well. We did double sword as well as single sword. Let me tell you! You just don't see anyone teaching this kind of stuff. From there we went into espada ya daga with half beat entries.

What a great weekend. I think everyone had a blast and with all the usual FCS group silliness that seems to be part of every event. It was good to see some new faces at the seminar.
